TRAIL 1 - DYLIFE, POWYS
Head north of Pumlumon and you get to see it from the impressive Foel Fadian 564m. However the highlight of the walk is the Dylife Gorge and the views to Snowdonia. There is an incredible local legend to discover here based on true events.
After the walk we'll visit the Star Inn Dylife.
TRAIL 2 - CWM RHAEADR, CILYCWM, CARMARTHENSHIRE
The setting for this trail feels like the Amazon Rainforest with a gentle walk through the Cwm Rhaeadr Forest Plantation. Several small streams are followed and crossed but the main stream is that of Nant y Rhaeadr.
Nant y Rhaeadr is an incredible waterfall.
After the walk we'll visit either the Neuadd Fawr Arms, the Towy Bridge or the Royal Oak Pub in Rhandirmwyn
TRAIL 3 - DRYGARN FAWR, ABERGWESYN, POWYS
This one of the iconic peaks of the Cambrian Mountains and can be visited from a variety of directions. We can either walk up from the Cwm Irfon valley or follow the spectacular trail from the Elan Valley. The pile of stones on the summit always amazes walkers.
After the walk we'll visit Penbont House in the Elan Valley.
TRAIL 4 - TWM SIÔN CATI'S CAVE, RHANDIRMWYN, CARMARTHENSHIRE
This place is a must visit location. It's an RSPB Nature Reserve today called Gwenffrwd-Dinas, but whilst you'll experience the incredible wildlife the aim of this walk is to reach the cave of the 16th Century highwayman Twm Siôn Cati. Crawl in safely and see who else has been there before you!
After this walk we'll visit the Towy Bridge Inn the nearest pub to the cave.
TRAIL 5 - CYRNAU BACH, DEVIL'S BRIDGE, CEREDIGION
We start this walk in the Two Hoots Café(coffi and cake), in the Walkers are Welcome community of Devil's Bridge and head out of the village following the course of the Afon Mynach.Then the trail doubles back through a forest plantation before rerunning via the iconic Hafod Arch then onto the 387m summit of Cyrnau Bach with great views down into Cwmystwyth
After this walk we'll visit the Hafod Hotel.
TRAIL 6 - CYNGHORDY VIADUCT, CARMARTHENSHIRE
We walk from Llanerchindda Farm over the border into Powys.The walk consists of valley floor and forestry tracks before arriving in the Irfon Valley. Follow the river into the smallest town in the UK, Llanwrtyd Wells for a well-earned drink at the Neuadd Arms or the Drovers' Rest. Once refreshed we race to the platform to catch the next train back to the Cynghordy viaduct.
After this walk we'll visit the Neuadd Arms/Drovers Rest.
TRAIL 7 - GARN FAWR, TREGARON, CEREDIGION
Starting in the Walkers are Welcome town of Tregaron, this trail heads out of the former Drovers' community and crosses several fields and stiles. Reaching the summit you'll be able to see the full sweep of Cardigan Bay with the bonus of views of Snowdonia to the north and the Brecon Beacons to the east.
After this walk we'll visit the award-winning Y Talbot hotel.
